The Retail Operations Supervisor acts as a role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and an effective decision maker. This position is directly responsible for the operations of retail pharmacies.Work Location: Based out of New Era, MI with 80% travel to store locationsWhat You'll DoOversee retail store operations throughout corporationAct as liaison between senior management and store employeesAnalyze and evaluate monthly sales reports for each locationOversee store budgeting (labor, advertising, store inventory, variable expenses)Teach and train store operations managers budgeting aspects/goalsAssist with increasing/implementing sales growthSupport with annual review process at each locationSupport with hiring/termination/discipline/placement/advancement of employeesAssist with daily employee issuesAssist with maintaining a legal and compliant workplaceWhat You BringBachelor's degree or a minimum 5 years' experience in the fieldValid driver's license and clean driving recordStrong communication and computer skillsManagement experience requiredTravel flexibility/availability
