Retail Mortgage Underwriting Manager

Managing Retail Mortgage Underwriting teams, the full-time remote Operations Support Senior Manager will lead the delivery of quality underwriting decisions while collaborating with the Core Operations team and overseeing team performance, staffing, and training. Key responsibilities Manage and delegate tasks to Retail Mortgage Underwriting teams to ensure efficient operations Develop and implement Underwriting Strategy in partnership with functional owners Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing requirements, including hiring and disciplinary actions Required qualifications 6-10 years of experience in Retail Mortgage Underwriting Leadership Extensive knowledge of Retail Mortgage, Credit Policy, and Underwriting Working knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines and Quality Expectations Proven organization and time management skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
