Retail Mortgage Loan Processor / File Setup AssociateWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Mortgage Loan Processor / File Setup Associate to join our growing mortgage team. This role is responsible for setting up new loan files, reviewing documentation for completeness, maintaining accurate loan data in Encompass, and supporting processors and loan officers throughout the loan process.Key Responsibilities:Set up and review incoming loan files for completeness and accuracyUpload, organize, and manage documents within Encompass/eFolderOrder and track third-party services such as title, appraisal, and flood certificationsCommunicate with loan officers, processors, and borrowers regarding missing itemsMaintain pipeline updates and ensure files meet compliance and investor requirementsAssist processing team with administrative and file maintenance tasksQualifications:Mortgage, banking, or administrative experience preferredFamiliarity with Encompass is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple files and deadlines efficientlyExcellent communication and customer service skillsBenefits: Competitive pay, team-oriented environment, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the mortgage industry.
