The role leads recruitment, training, and motivation of branch staff, manages referral networks, and ensures compliance with mortgage laws and PRMI policies while maintaining QC standards.
Licenses required: Mortgage Loan Originator and Mortgage Principal Lending Licenses. Full‑time, Monday–Friday in Bozeman.
