Retail Maintenance Supervisor

Meijer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead facilities upkeep in our retail supercenter environment. In this role, you’ll oversee daily store maintenance, assign work orders, and supervise technicians and contractors to ensure safe, reliable operations. You’ll manage preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, respond to urgent repairs, and maintain CMMS records. Partnering with store leadership, you’ll prioritize tasks, support safety and compliance, manage parts inventory, and help create a clean, well-functioning environment for customers and team members.
