This role is responsible for helping minimize risk and potential loss to the bank by applying established underwriting guidelines. You will also communicate with lenders and processors to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.

Initial training for this position will be conducted in our Fond du Lac office, after which a hybrid work arrangement may be available.Skills & Attributes NeededThe following skills and attributes are needed to be successful in your banking career as a Retail Loan Underwriter:Understanding of state, CFPB and OCC regulations to ensure all documentation is accurate and falls within legal guidelines preferred but not required.Must be able to work independently, accurately and maintain good customer relations with the ability to adapt to varying customer and transactional volume.
