Commission-Based Position
ARA is hiring an experienced NYC retail leasing broker for a Director role.
We just took on dozens of new exclusive retail listings across all five boroughs. You'll work both sides: representing landlords on these listings and representing highly qualified tenants.
Pay
- 100% commission-based

- Listings and tenant leads from the first day
What you'll do
- Lead leasing on ARA's exclusive retail listings
- Represent landlords from pitch to signed lease
- Represent highly qualified tenants looking for spaces
- Work closely with ownership and help grow the team
What we're looking for
- A natural leader who can handle a director role
- Several years of NYC retail leasing experience
- A track record of closed deals
- Strong relationships with retail tenants and brokers
- Active NY real estate license
