Retail Janitorial & Facilities Operations Manager

The Co-op seeks a Janitorial Department Manager to lead the janitorial team, ensuring the store and surrounding areas are clean, sanitary, and compliant with Co-op standards. You will hire and train staff, schedule shifts including early mornings, monitor supplies and equipment, and partner with store leadership to maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Store Manager and offers benefits described in the Co-op program.
