Retail Growth Director, National Accounts (Remote)

Coast Beacon is seeking an experienced Director of Sales - Retail to lead the growth of our consumer products across U.S. retail. This is a builder role with ownership of the retail strategy, including opening doors with buyers and expanding distribution.

You will own the national retail sales strategy, manage relationships with buyers, and drive profitable growth through pricing, promotions and launches. Occasional travel is required to meet customers and shows.
