Retail General Manager, Travel Centers Lead Growth

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities, including travel centers and restaurant operations.

You will build and execute business plans to hit sales, profit and customer service standards, manage teams from staffing and training to coaching, and perform regular P&L analysis to drive results. Flexibility for nights, days, weekends and holidays is required.
