Retail Fulfillment Manager

Owning the end-to-end execution of retail order fulfillment, the full-time Retail Fulfillment Manager will manage retail purchase orders, oversee 3PL performance, and ensure compliance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of retail purchase orders from receipt through shipment, proactively identifying and resolving issues Serve as the primary point of contact for the retail 3PL, maintaining performance standards and accountability Ensure compliance with retailer requirements, including routing-guide adherence and chargeback management Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in retail fulfillment, supply chain, or 3PL/warehouse operations management Demonstrated experience managing a 3PL relationship, including SLA enforcement and performance scorecards Hands-on experience with major retailer compliance and routing-guide requirements Strong understanding of inventory management principles Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with WMS or ERP systems
