Retail Front End Supervisor – Flexible Hours & Growth

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Cape Coral seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join the store leadership team.

You will supervise front-end operations, train staff, and promote excellent customer service while partnering with Store Management. This role requires supervisory background, ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
