At New Age, we are seeking a Retail Event Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop new strategies, enhance brand awareness, and generate new sales opportunities while driving growth.

This position is entry-level, we provide fully-paid training. No past experience is required, this position is perfect for those looking to start their careers learning the basics in marketing and sales!

Responsibilities:

• Be the face of our client's brand, interacting with customers and promoting their products and services
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to implement promotional campaigns that boost customer sales
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Generate new sales in retail environments through face-to-face customer interactions
• Attend product knowledge meetings for our clients and communicate this information to customers accurately and effectively
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Interest in sales, retail, and customer service
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
