Retail Domain Specialist

Turn retail expertise into practical transformation for complex organizations. Cadreforce is recruiting for a global technology services and consulting client seeking a Retail Domain Specialist to connect strategy, operations and technology with measurable business value.

What you will do

• Advise business and technology leaders on retail strategy, operational improvement and digital transformation.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with business goals and financial objectives.
• Analyze end-to-end retail processes, including merchandise planning, forecasting, replenishment, pricing, promotions, inventory and store operations.
• Connect warehouse, distribution, order management and digital-commerce improvements with customer experience and profitability.
• Build relationships with retail, supply-chain, merchandising and digital-commerce executives.
• Develop business cases and executive recommendations; support proposals, client pursuits, thought leadership and reusable consulting materials.

What you bring

• Experience across retail merchandising, supply chain, store operations, omnichannel or digital commerce, inventory, pricing/promotions, customer experience and retail technology.
• Ability to advise senior business and technology stakeholders and turn strategy into practical transformation roadmaps.
• Experience developing business cases, executive recommendations, proposals and transformation narratives.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for executive workshops and client discussions.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, Engineering or a related field.

Preferred background

• MBA.

Location and compensation

Full-time. On-site in Chicago, Illinois. Travel expectations will be clarified during the recruiting process.

Annual salary: $149,600–$202,400 USD.

A 10% target bonus is identified in the recruiter's role brief; detailed eligibility and terms will be discussed during the process.
