This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, builds strong teams, and consistently delivers exceptional customer service. The District Operations Manager partners closely with the District Pharmacy Manager, Store Operations Managers, Pharmacists, and Associates to drive sales, maintain operational excellence, and uphold the HomeTown Pharmacy culture.
