We are currently hiring a Retail Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our growing team in Sacramento.
This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in both customer service and sales.In this role, you’ll work in a retail environment, connecting with customers, providing a positive experience, and helping introduce them to current services and offerings. What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers in a retail setting and provide a positive, professional experience
- Answer questions and assist customers with current services and promotions
- Generate interest and guide customers through available offerings
- Support customer interactions from initial conversation through sign-up
- Track daily activity and maintain accurate records
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
