A growing commercial general contractor that specializes in retail construction throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of ground-up and remodel retail projects.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial construction while gaining exposure to all phases of project management. You'll work closely with senior project managers on budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout activities.
The company works with a variety of national and regional retail clients, delivering everything from standalone retail developments and shopping centers to retail renovations and tenant improvement projects. Prior experience working for a commercial general contractor is preferred.
