Retail Branch Manager — In Training

Clark Associates, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations at a 30,000 sq ft retail/warehouse location serving B2B customers.

You will drive sales targets, train 15-25 team members, schedule workloads, and ensure strict adherence to standards and safety policies. You will also optimize processes, manage escalated issues, maintain inventory accuracy, and foster growth in memberships and our online platform TRS.com, while identifying local marketing opportunities and charitable
