As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences while maximizing sales opportunities. THE ROLES

As a Boutique Associate, you will:

• Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated client experiences.
• Support the Atelier team to deliver Everyday Luxury experiences.
• Curate our merchandise assortment and maintain a seamless retail environment.

As a Style Advisor, you will:

• Sell clothing and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise.
• Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments.
• Build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia.

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Welcome clients.
• Match clients with products and direct them to the appropriate Service Counter.
• Prepare products for processing.
• Efficiently and accurately process transactions.
• Package products for an Everyday Luxury unboxing experience.
• Support operations at the Service Counter.

As an Inventory Associate, you will:

• Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the Distribution Center (DC), boutiques, and clients.
• Strategically place product in the back room.
• Uphold product presentation and display standards.
• Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Support the smooth operation of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations.

As a Merchandiser, you will:

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutiques, and clients.
• Strategically place product on the sales floor.
• Bring the product story to life within our boutiques.
• Maintain and validate standards of product presentation and display.
• Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Support the smooth operation of all aspects of the boutique space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20-$30 per hour.
