Role Description The Retail Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Freehold, NJ. This role involves assisting customers on the sales floor, providing knowledgeable and friendly service, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. The Retail Associate will handle transactions at the point of sale, manage merchandise displays, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment. Daily responsibilities include welcome customers and ensuring lead information is captured, monitoring inventory levels, restocking products, and communicating customer feedback to the team. The role also requires collaborating with colleagues to support store promotions and uphold company standards for service and professionalism.
