Retail Assistant Manager: Lead Merchandising & Service

Hibbett I City Gear in Vallejo, California is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and store administration. You will help with selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling, and enforcing store policies while delivering outstanding customer service.

In this role you’ll supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence, train teammates, manage inventory and expenses, and promote merchandise and services.
