Retail Assistant Manager: Customer Experience & Ops

Hibbett I City Gear in Okeechobee, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and service excellence. You’ll help drive selling, stocking, merchandising, and scheduling while ensuring policies and standards are followed.

The role requires knowledge of each department, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to step in for the Store Manager during their absence. This is a non-exempt, hourly position in a fast-paced retail environment.
