Rally House is seeking an Assistant Coach who will act as Assistant Store Manager, supporting daily store performance and team development. You’ll help maintain a guest-focused environment, coach staff, and partner with the Head Coach on talent and operations to drive results.
You’ll adapt to changing priorities, ensure standards are met, and lead training, coaching, and engagement across shifts to keep the store running smoothly and customers satisfied.
