Retail Area Manager

Growing retail company is seeking an experienced Area Retail Manager to oversee multiple store locations throughout the Chicago suburbs. This role will be responsible for driving sales, developing Store Managers and teams, and ensuring strong operational and customer experience standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop multiple Store Managers and retail teams.
• Drive sales, profitability, and key performance metrics.
• Analyze store performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
• Ensure consistent execution of operational and brand standards.
• Partner directly with the Owner on business strategy and performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales and developing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Must be willing to travel between locations.
