* Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide store managers to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets

Requirements
* Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries
* Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations
* Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
* Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field (preferred)
* Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Must have a valid driver\'s license and proof of valid proof of automobile insurance
* Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed
