Support to Retail Tools & Store SupportMaster the main PVH network tools (GKPOS, SAP, StoreForce, RFID…) and support stores in their daily useAct as a liaison with the Amsterdam headquarters for updates, training, and tool evolutionsCentralize and follow up on incidents with Retail Support and Retail Operations teamsAssist in training store teams on Retail tools and processes2. Performance Monitoring & ReportingProduce and consolidate weekly reports to centralize the monitoring of main Retail Operations KPIsAnalyze results, identify discrepancies and points of attention, and prepare summaries for Retail teamsMonitor RFID performances and support stores in achieving the 97% accuracy targetControl schedules via StoreForce, analyze discrepancies, and coordinate with store managers3.
Retail Coordination & SupportProvide daily support to Area Managers and store teams on operational issuesFacilitate communication between stores, Retail teams, and the European headquarters in Amsterdam, especially through the translation and adaptation of communicationsParticipate in weekly calls with the South West Hub and meetings related to various projectsOccasionally undertake operational support tasks, such as creating vendor codes4. Projects & Continuous ImprovementParticipate in the deployment and follow-up of Retail Operations projects (store openings)Create and animate challenges around OPS tools to strengthen their adoption by store teamsContribute to the improvement of processes and the optimization of reporting and KPI tracking toolsAbout the TeamYou will report to the Omnichannel & Operations Coordinator and the Operations Manager South West Hub and work closely with all Retail teams.
