Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Junior Associate to join the Restructuring & Insolvency group in New York, focusing on lender, agent, and company side workout and enforcement representations. The candidate will gain experience across a broad range of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters.

Duties

• Assist in lender, agent, and company side workout and enforcement representations.
• Engage in debt finance and corporate trust matters.
• Participate in chapter 11 and chapter 15 bankruptcy cases.

Requirements

• Active member of the New York bar.
• Experience in Bankruptcy Court clerkship or related experience is highly valued.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
