Bathroom Attendants play an essential role in enhancing guest satisfaction by ensuring restroom facilities are impeccably maintained while providing a welcoming and professional presence.ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of restroom facilities before, during, and after serviceClean and sanitize mirrors, floors, sinks, toilets, and all restroom surfaces in accordance with company standardsRestock restroom supplies and ensure all items are fully available at all timesCreate a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests through attentive and professional serviceInteract with guests in a friendly and courteous manner while maintaining professionalismEnsure all service areas are clean, organized, and aligned with sanitation standardsMaintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all timesFollow direction from management and complete all assigned duties efficientlyRemain attentive to facility conditions and respond quickly to any issues or guest needsSupport overall restaurant operations by assisting with additional tasks as neededDemonstrate the ability to stay on your feet and move efficiently throughout the shiftMaintain awareness to identify and respond to any safety or emergency situationsThis is not anexhaustedlist of job responsibilities.Requirements and QualificationsPrevious cleaning or bathroom attendant experience preferredAbility to follow directions and work effectively within a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standardsProfessional demeanor with a focus on guest comfort and experienceAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksAbility to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, and lift as needed to complete cleaning dutiesStrong observational and communication skillsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed.Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures.Ability to safely navigate busy operational areas and work around equipment, wet surfaces, and other workplace conditions.
