Restorative Programs Assistant (Student Only)The Office of Community Care & Institutional Transformation (OCCIT) is seeking a student to provide marketing & outreach, web design, operations, and administrative support for OCCIT's restorative programs.Pay rate: $16.75/hour - $21.98/hourThe successful candidate is expected to work 10 hours per week. This position is typically assigned as needed on a quarterly basis. Typically, new hire starts at $18.00/hour.This position is expected to not be eligible for benefits. We support advancing our institution with practices of community care.Essential functions include:Marketing & web design supportCommunicationsAdministrative supportSupport OCCIT with other duties as assignedMinimum qualifications:Knowledgeable of multi-layered aspects of identity, including ability, race, religious belief and practice, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, racial identity and ethnicity.Works well with other students, staff, and faculty on collaborative projectsAbility to provide program recommendations based on campus needsStrong organization skills to effectively manage multiple prioritiesStrong written communication skills with attention to inclusive languageAvailability for in-person and virtual support during programsExperience with graphics, marketing, and web designExperience with platforms like: Qualtrics, PPT, Canva, MS Excel, Zoom, and MS Teams preferredRequired education and experience: Open to all BC students, Federal Work Study eligibility preferred.Preferred qualifications:Familiarity with restorative practicesCurrent Work-Study students are encouraged to apply.Conditions of employment:Bellevue College intends to provide a drug-free, healthy, safe, and secure work and educational environment.
