Restoration Project Manager

Restoration Project Manager (RPM)In this role, you will lead restoration and reconstruction projects for residential and commercial properties impacted by fire, water, storm, and other disasters. This role combines project management, customer service, leadership, and construction expertise. You will oversee projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, on budget, and to the highest industry standards.If you enjoy leading teams, solving problems, helping people during challenging times, and making a meaningful impact in your community, we'd love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesLead restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finishDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and team membersPrepare and submit accurate project estimates in a timely mannerReview budgets and work orders prior to project initiationManage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomesConduct regular site visits and monitor project progress in the fieldEnsure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry regulationsRecruit, develop, and maintain relationships with skilled tradespeople and subcontractorsAchieve operational objectives related to sales, gross margin, and customer experienceTrack, analyze, and report key performance metrics during regular review meetingsDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the restoration processRequired QualificationsExperience in construction and construction project managementDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teamsStrong planning, organization, and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation and customer relationship skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentPhysical Requirements & Working ConditionsThis position requires working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including active construction and restoration sites.
