We are looking for a Restoration Project Manager in the Omaha or Lincoln, Nebraska area for one of our clients. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will manage the reconstruction of the property while effectively controlling and communicating the budget.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Experience in Restoration/Reconstruction industry
- Construction project management experience, specifically with commercial and residential losses is preferred
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Confirm the budget and work orders before the start of the project.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
- Build relationships with key customers
