Experience handling TPA program work is required. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the emergency mitigation side of the business and the reconstruction/repair side, and who can manage projects from initial loss through final completion. This position requires strong communication skills, field experience, and a thorough understanding of construction workflows, emergency response, documentation requirements, insurance-related estimating, and TPA program requirements and compliance standards. You will work on both residential and commercial projects throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, dividing time between field visits and office coordination. The Project Manager will be responsible for handling inspections, scoping, customer communication, subcontractor and crew coordination, job progress, documentation, budgeting, and customer satisfaction through final payment.Responsibilities:Perform site inspections for mitigation and reconstruction projectsDevelop accurate scopes of work and communicate job details clearlyReview scope with customers, obtain work authorizations, and help sell the jobManage mitigation and repair projects from start to finishCoordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and materialsEnsure job documentation, photos, notes, and compliance requirements are completeCommunicate with customers, adjusters, and internal staff throughout the projectMonitor progress, quality, budgets, deadlines, and customer satisfactionAssist with final payment collection and closeoutQualifications:Minimum 3 years of insurance restoration experience requiredTPA program work experience is requiredExperience in project management, estimating, or bothIICRC certifications are requiredFamiliarity with Xactimate, Symbility, XactAnalysis, and TPA program workflowsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple jobs and adapt to changing field conditionsValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredMust be comfortable with field work, ladders, rooftops, and light liftingRequired: At least 3 years of insurance restoration experience, including hands-on experience managing TPA program jobs.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceCompensation: $60,130.67 - $72,415.43 per year
