Restoration Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the start and completion of reconstruction projects using Company Resources and sub-contractor trades.Interact and communicate with customers and Carriers frequently on status of the projectCreate work orders for projectsSchedule Vendors and sub-contractors for repairs to be completedManage an on-site Foreman on each projectOrder materialsReview estimates as needed, align budgets with expectations with project estimatorProvide weekly updates on all projects that are activeMonitor job sites for safety issues, quality and for training opportunitiesRequirements:High School Diploma or GEDExperience in Construction and Construction Management / SupervisionFive years or more of Management or Leadership experience in Restoration/Construction industryPreferred:Class A or B General Contractors LicenseAssociate or bachelor's degreeReasonable Accommodation for Disability:Any applicant or employee, who believes that a reasonable accommodation is required for purposes of federal or state disability law is required to contact Human Resources to begin the interactive exchange process.Disclaimer:Paul Davis Restoration is an equal opportunity employer.
