Restoration Project ManagerAs the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing proprietary softwareNegotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsAdditional Responsibilities:Manage the client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammatesWrite Xactimate & Symbility estimatesAddress revision requestsCommunicate with insurance adjustersCommunicate with policy holdersClerical duty as required including customer and job data entryPerform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job dutiesPosition RequirementsAt least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of industry experienceIICRC certification is preferredXactimate and Symbility FireNIce knowledge a plus (will train)Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other computer softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong data entry and skillsProfessional appearance and personalityTeam player who can work independentlySkills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesAbility to lift approximately 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsCompensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearAt Rainbow International® Restoration we're helping families out when disaster strikes, turning their damaged houses back into homes.
