Restoration Project Manager/Estimator

Project Manager/EstimatorWe are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager/Estimator to oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. This role requires strong field management capabilities, attention to detail and proficiency in estimating using Xactimate. We are seeking a knowledgeable industry professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with customers and insurance adjusters and ensures projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.Manage emergency mitigation projects from start to finish (water, fire, mold, storm damage)Coordinate crews, subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient project executionMonitor job progress, timelines and budgetsMaintain clear communication with customers, adjusters and internal teamsPerform accurate job scoping and damage assessmentsCreate detailed estimates using XactimateReview and negotiate estimates with insurance carriers as neededServe as the main point of contact for clients throughout the projectBuild strong relationships with insurance adjusters and partnersExperience managing mitigation projects cradle to graveProficient in estimating using XactimatePrevious experience negotiating with insurance adjustersIICRC certification is preferred but not requiredReconstruction experience is a big plus but not requiredBase Salary ($70K-$100K)CommissionHealth InsurancePaid Time Off401(k)Company Vehicle
