We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality restoration services while supporting our team members with opportunities to grow and succeed.What You'll DoManage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality resultsDevelop accurate scopes of work and prepare estimates using industry softwareCommunicate and negotiate project scope and approvals with customers and clientsSchedule, coordinate, and oversee crews, subcontractors, and resources on active jobsMaintain clear communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representativesReview job documentation to ensure accuracy for billing and client requirementsManage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and materialsEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction and manage client experience throughout the projectRespond quickly to new service opportunities and incoming leadsAssist with recruiting, hiring, and training restoration team membersPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 3 years of restoration or related industry experienceAt least 1 year of management or supervisory experienceIICRC certification preferredValid driver's licenseSkillsStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with computers and job management softwarePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistanceComfortable climbing ladders and working at ceiling heightsAbility to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawl spacesAbility to push, pull, and carry equipment and materialsComfortable working with cleaning agents and restoration equipmentWhy Join SERVPROCompetitive compensation and growth opportunitiesHands-on leadership role with real impactSupportive, team-oriented work environmentOpportunity to help customers recover during critical timesEach SERVPRO® Franchise is independently owned and operated.
