Your Role:

• Lead the teams' efforts to perform water damage mitigation and restoration services with empathy and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their concerns and providing reassurance
• Complete daily logs, restoration documentation, and maintain accurate records
• Manage and track inventory of supplies and materials
• Assess job sites and determine necessary actions to restore properties
• Maintain and perform basic upkeep of equipment and company vehicles

Key Skills and Qualities:

• WTR certification required for bonus
• Written Communication: Ability to write clear, accurate job notes and emails. Reads and interprets information effectively, using proper vocabulary and grammar.
• Planning and Organization: Plans and prioritizes tasks based on job requirements. Stays focused and detail-oriented.
• Quality Focus: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, consistently monitoring and improving work quality.
