Restaurant Shift Lead - Operations & Guest Experience

Wingstop in Anna, TX is hiring a Shift Leader to direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence. You will ensure guest satisfaction, uphold Wingstop standards, manage inventory and staffing, and monitor financial performance.

You will lead a team, recruit new staff, review P&L, control costs, and maintain safety and sanitation. This role requires 2+ years supervisory experience in food service, strong communication, and the ability to act with initiative.
