We are seeking a Recruiter - Restaurant Segment - Rapid Growth Concept! to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
The local, fast-growing restaurant company is adding an experienced restaurant recruiter.
This will be a hybrid schedule, working from home and from the company head office.
Some field work, local, job fairs, and in restaurants.
The recruiter will source all levels of management and culinary talent.
Full, extensive benefits.
$75,000 - $85,000 base salary
Responsibilities:
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
