Restaurant Proprietor: Lead Ops, Guests & Profit

Ted's Montana Grill is seeking an experienced Proprietor/General Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, and growth. You will set expectations, coach managers, and drive engagement to deliver Big Sky Moments for guests and employees alike.

Responsibilities include budgeting, live P&L oversight, and ensuring standards of service and quality across the kitchen and front of house. This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role.
