Torchy’s Tacos is seeking an Assistant Managing Partner to lead both Back of House and Front of House operations in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You will uphold food quality, safety, cleanliness, hospitality, and community engagement while aligning with Torchy’s mission and values.
You will hire and mentor teams, manage inventories and costs, and drive local store marketing to grow guest traffic, with a focus on consistent, damn good experiences across locations.
