Restaurant Operations Leader

Papa John’s in Fayetteville is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead shift operations, hiring, onboarding and training of team members and delivery drivers. You’ll ensure quality products, strong customer service, and adherence to company policies in a high-volume setting.

You’ll supervise staff, coach performance, manage attendance and ensure cash controls while driving sales and profits. A high school diploma and food service certification are preferred.
