You will manage opening/closing procedures, labor and cash controls, and vendor processes while coordinating staffing and onboarding of FOH staff.
You will partner with the Area Hospitality Leader to optimize inventory, forecast demand, and ensure the team is adequately staffed to meet guest needs.
