The right candidate will possess the experience necessary to hire, train, and manage employees on a daily basis along with superb customer service.
A qualified candidate will be responsible for:

- Training
- Hiring/Firing
- Controlling costs
- All aspects of floor service and hospitality
Requirements:
Minimum of two years experience in food & beverage management
A passion for food and wine
Experience with ALOHA and OpenTable software preferred
