This internship is a unique opportunity to dive into the world of upscale dining and restaurant management.

What To Expect

Our internship follows anapprentice-style model , giving you hands‑on exposure to every part of restaurant operations. You’ll rotate through key staff-level roles to build a strong foundation in service and daily operations, while also shadowing managers to understand higher-level responsibilities.

This immersive experience is designed to help you see what it’s like to be a leader at Hillstone — and to prepare you for a potentialfull‑time Management role after graduation .

• Duration:Summer 2027


• Placement:Interns are placed based on best fit across our restaurants nationwide (relocation flexibility required).


• Compensation:Average of$1,000/week, with variation depending on location.


• Experience:Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required — passion, curiosity, and a strong work ethic are what we value most.
