Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Apex, NC, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This role manages front- and back-of-house activities, including supervising staff, monitoring food quality and safety, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. The Restaurant Manager will handle scheduling, training, and performance feedback, as well as cash handling, inventory control, and basic reporting. The role includes resolving guest concerns, enforcing company policies and health regulations, and supporting marketing or community outreach activities as needed. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with ownership to meet sales goals, control costs, and implement operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or food service management, with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on hospitality and resolving guest concerns professionally.
• Knowledge of basic business operations such as scheduling, cash handling, inventory management, and cost control.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work on-site in Spring Lake, NC, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in both front- and back-of-house operations.
• Prior experience in quick-service or casual dining environments is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in hospitality management or business is a plus.
