You will help protect our inventory, maintain our equipment, and ensure our restaurant is always ready to serve our guests with excellence.What You'll DoStocking & InventoryReceive and organize deliveries Monday–SaturdayVerify incoming inventory for accuracy and qualityRotate inventory using FIFO standardsOrganize the cooler, freezer, and dry storage areasMaintain inventory levels and communicate shortagesExecute weekly & monthly inventory countsFacilities & MaintenanceComplete preventive maintenance on restaurant equipmentPerform minor repairs and adjustmentsIdentify maintenance concerns before they become major issuesCoordinate vendor service visits when neededMaintain maintenance records and work ordersComplete weekly Facilities and equipment AuditRestaurant ReadinessComplete deep cleaning and organization projectsMaintain storage rooms, loading dock, dumpster area, and back-of-house organizationEnsure equipment and work areas meet Chick-fil-A cleanliness and food safety standardsHelp create an organized, safe, and efficient environment for the entire teamWhat Success Looks LikeEvery day you help ensure:Inventory is accurate and organizedTrucks are received efficientlyEquipment is functioning properlyStorage areas are clean and inspection-readyWaste is minimizedTeam Members always have the products and tools they needThe restaurant is safer, cleaner, and more organized than yesterdayWe're Looking For Someone Who...Must be 18+ years or olderTakes ownership without being askedLoves organization and attention to detailEnjoys fixing, improving, and maintaining systemsWorks independently with minimal supervisionCan safely lift up to 50 poundsIs dependable, punctual, and accountableTakes pride in doing quality workFlexible in schedule to resolve urgent Equipment and facilities issuesPrevious experience in inventory, warehouse operations, maintenance, logistics, retail receiving, facilities, or building maintenance is helpful but not required.
