Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to oversee daily operations for a premium café and restaurant concept. Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent service.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Manage opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
- Develop employee schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels while controlling labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety regulations.
