The Church seeks a results-driven Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead all facets of restaurant operations, drive sales and profitability, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. The RGM will uphold food safety and quality standards while coaching staff and delivering exceptional guest service.
The RGM will build a positive, engaging workplace, manage budgets and labor, oversee inventory and maintenance, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
