Pilot Flying J is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our busy travel center restaurant serving professional drivers and travelers. In this fast-paced, people-first environment, you’ll oversee all restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and guest service. You will manage budgets, control costs, and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health standards.
You’ll recruit, train, and develop a diverse team, model our safety and hospitality culture, resolve guest concerns, and collaborate with site leadership to deliver reliable, high-quality service around the clock.
